What does dmesg report? Is it being recognised correctly. I assume so, since the lighs blink when you start it up./ Hmm, just a reality check: From what I can see on the last line, your ISP does PPPoA? If not, and they do PPPOE, then that may be the problem. Probably posting the settings from the Windows side (it does work with windows?) will allow some correlation with the messages.
