User Comment Add-on or Extension?

Hi - I am currently using Dreamweaver 8.0.2, and am considering an upgrade to
CS4 (when it releases). I have an existing site that features among other
things a number of articles which I write. I would like to be able to
add a USER COMMENT feature at the bottom of each article (somewhat
similar to what wordpress blogs allow). And so I am wondering if there are any
existing Dreamweaver Extensions or anything that would prevent me from having
to code it all from scratch.

The ideal "user comment" feature would allow:
1) Anonymous users to comment OR allow a user to register with a user name,
password
2) Require a reCAPTCHA in order to post a comment (to prevent automated
spamming)
3) Give me (the admin) the option to moderate a comment, but still allow
instant posting
4) Require anonymous posters to submit an email address which optionally can
be hidden from everyone except me, the admin
5) Some other feature that I'm not thinking of right now.

Does anything like this exist as an Extension or add-on or toolkit to
Dreamweaver? Will upgrading from 8.0.2 to the new CS4 make this any easier?
Any input that anyone has for me would be greatly appreciated. You can check

Looking around elsewhere, I ran across these two potential solutions to the
stated problem:

1) The JS-Kit Comments product from [url]http://js-kit.com/[/url]

and possibly

2) The Comments and Ratings subset of the KickApps API from
[url]http://www.kickapps.com/commentsratings[/url]

Has anyone had any experience with these services and/or code? Are there any
other alternatives that I should be looking at?
