User Form

Hello All,

I'm trying to create my first web-form using DW and SQL Server. I have a
database that has four tables, all of those tables except one will be used for
drop down purposes. The questions are listed below:

-How would I combine all of those tables in one form?

- How would I tie them together in SQL Server?

- How to create a drop down menu listing everything in a particular column?

Any advise would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
