User Privileges - Windows Server

Quickbooks software requires the user have local administrative privileges. Yser user01 has administrative privilages on the local machine. However, for the domain group they are part of domain users. When logged on to local machine, everything works fine. When logged into domain from that local machine, authorization failure stating don't have administrative privileges on local machines. Why? How to fix it? Thanks in advance...

    Default Re: User Privileges

Log onto the domain from the workstation using a domain administrator's
account. Right click My Computer and select Manage. Expand Local Users and
Groups, click on Groups and double click on Administrators. Click the Add
button, and change the Look in: focus to the domain. Add the desired
    domain users account.
