I just tried this. Transferred a csf from Mac to Win via local area network. The csf loaded perfectly in IL 10 Win.
Because the file format appears to be non-platform-specific, I can only assume your file was corrupted somewhere along the way.
If you're e-mailing the file, follow Scott's suggestion.
