Using old connection keys with CS4

I work for a web development company. Some of our clients use Contribute for
content management. In the office, we use Contribute CS3 to create keys to send
to the users. We had a user report that no connection was created when they
used a key we made in CS3. The user just got Contribute, so I assume she
purchased CS4. I looked online and sent a support request to Adobe, but
wondered if any of you fine people have seen or heard anything like this. We
don't have CS4 yet, so I can't test this in house. I could download the demo,
but that's more work than I want to do, lol!

Connection key created in CS3 works fine with the CS4.

Unless the users can publish by themselves, you will have issues when CS4 users submit drafts to CS3 admins.
Better upgrade soon.
