Variable in stored procedure - Microsoft SQL / MS SQL Server

Hello!!! I have a variable called strBody VARCHAR (8000) in a stored_procedure, but I need to have a variable more capable than her maxim length. What could I do? Has someboy some suggestions to give me? Thanks!!!...

    maximum length of varchar datatype is 8000 you can not go beyond that. If
    your data limit exceeds this size you will have to make use of TEXT
    datatype. However you can not declare TEXT as a local variable. but you can
    use TEXT datatype as a parameter to stored procedure.

    Dear,
    8000 is the max limit for VARCHAR type.
    You can use Text Type instead.
