Vary Page Size within Doent - Adobe Indesign Windows

I am creating a very complex multi-page brochure that contains several different page widths (including one page that contains a pocket by printing it together with the previous page on one double-length page then folding it in half). But I can't figure out how to vary page size within a doent in order to accomplish this. Any help is appreciated. Thanks, +corwin...

There has got to be a way to do this. If not, that's a MAJOR oversight - QuarkXpress has it...

No can do...and neither can Quark in the same layout.
