Vector to Bitmap?
I have a .pdf file with some HUGE vector illustrations. How can I convert these to bitmap images? Can I do this both locally and globally in the document?

The most reliable way: Open Photoshop. Open the PDF in Photoshop and choose an appropriate resolution and color mode when opening.
