Version number.
Hi there.
Can anyone tell me if it's possible to develop a coldfusion site in the latest
version (MX 2004 v7) and then to deploy it on a web server running Coldfusion
6.1?
Or do I need to set-up the development server running version 6? Is there a
way of ensuring backwards compatibility?

Hi...... yeah that is exactly what I am doing without any problems. As long as you don't use any of the new advance tags/tools in the latest version you should be alright.
