Vertical scrolling layer

I need some help in creating a vertical scrolling layer. I've successfully used PVII's free extension for DW4, but I need to tweak it a bit and don't know how.
I've already made it start scrolling onLoad, but I'd like it to continuously loop instead of just end.
Can someone point me in the right direction? Here's an example of where I'm at as of now:

You can try Marja's auto scroller or you can try our GeeWizz scroller for a
lot more options (than our free scroller) including looping and even
cycling.
