What do you mean "vertical"?
"Vertical" as in an entire sentence or a word is flipped 90 degrees or
as in all letters are standing upright but stacked on top of each other?
As for the first: create a gif
As for the second: but a <br> between all letters, center and style with CSS

Vertical the entire sentence is fliped 90 degrees. The red text on this page

You can't do this with html or CSS.
You need an image
