Video conference and screen sharing

Hi,
I am a new user of Flex and I would like to create a little application
including video conference and screen sharing.
I already succeeded in having a video conference with webcams between two
clients but if you have some tutorials on using webcams with flex, it could
interest me.

My main request is on screen sharing. Is it easy to add to an video conference
application ? Using an already existing library ?
