    Some choices, but not all, include...

    * Windows Messenger has this capability built-in...Open Messenger, high light a contact, right-click
    and select "Start a video conversation"...

    * NetMeeting, which is built-in to XP Pro/Home... Go to "Start -> Run" and type conf at the command
    line...

    * MS Portrait, a great program for one-on-one video conferences over low speed internet links...

    * "iVisit", a third-party multi-party audio/video conferencing program... [url]http://www.ivisit.com[/url]
