View Comments in Windows
Does anyone know if a PC or Windows user can view comments on a PDF if they do *not* have a regular or full version of Acrobat (i.e., they only have Acrobat Reader)? Thank you.

If you want a person who has Adobe Reader to be able to read and add comments then the PDF must be created in Acrobat Professional 7.0 and it has to have Commenting for Reader turned on. To do this, open the PDF and go to Comments > Enable Commenting for Adobe Reader...
