viewing cached pages - Coldfusion - Getting Started

I am having a problem with my company website. The problem is two of the total thirty users viewing the old contents as they were read from the cash. I cleaned all the cached contents from their PC. As well as the CF class files from the root. I also changed the properties of IIS HTTP Headers to Expire Immediately. I also added the following custom HTTP header: "no-cache". However, the problem still exists. Your thoughts would help me to resolve this issue. Thanks...

    Default Re: viewing cached pages

This caused due to the missing host header in the Windows (OS) configuration.
I tested it by adding our IP and domain name under
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\DRIVERS\ETC\HOSTS and the problem has resolved. This
problem doesn?t happen outside our LAN.
