Viewing Chapters in Acrobat 8 Pro
Using Mac OSX 10.4, new users to Acrobat 8.
We received a PDF from a customer. He told us he set it up with Chapters and that we can view one chapter at a time. We see 90 pages and he tells us the entire document is 500 pages, that we need to view the other chapters.
Is this a new feature? How would we view the other pages? We received only 1 PDF file.

Re: Viewing Chapters in Acrobat 8 Pro
Unless the customer has hidden them on other layers, it sounds like customer error. To see hidden layers, choose View > Navigation Panes > Layers, and click the eyeball beside layers. Acrobat has no concept of "Chapters."

Re: Viewing Chapters in Acrobat 8 Pro
Maybe they're referring to Bookmarks - this is the closest definition.
Go View / Navigation Panels / Bookmarks /
It is possible for the PDF to display these automatically inside each
PDF by going File / Properties / Initial View / Bookmarks and Page /
