Viewing PSD's with Japanese characters
I received a disk from Japan with that has PSD's saved. However, I cannot open them. The error message reads "File could not be found", even though it is on my hard drive. The only way I can view the file is by saving it directly to my Desktop and then re-saving As into my regular folder... I assume something with the file needs to be converted... any ideas why this is? Is there a quicker way to convert these files without saving each one to my desktop first?
