There is a lot more to Page Rank than just the header fields. Google
takes in the first 100k. You need concentration of your keywords, not
just in the meta tags, which are becoming less important in Google's
recent sweeps, but Page Title followed by copy in the first half of
the page. With ASP.net that is a huge chunk of junk.

Thank you for your time but I want to move it, and I don't see why I
cannot since it is just a form field, I just want to move it to the
bottom.
