Virtual Pet
Hi, could anyone help me create a virtual pet using Director/Lingo via Parent/Child scripting.
Haven't got a clue where to start, and any assistance (either code, advice or resources) would be much appreciated.
Thanks :-)

Re: Virtual Pet
Hi!
I think your question is too broad. Try developing a few ideas and then
place questions on specific topcis. Are you new to Director?? or Lingo
programming? Let us know.

Re: Virtual Pet
hi, i know the question is broad, but so is the task!
the virtual pet must:
1) be able to make its own actions (without the need for user interactions)
2) be able to interact with the user
3) be able to interact with another creature/pet
4) will change behaviour over time by learning and remembering things (e.g. grow)
I know this is a biggie, but I really don't know where to start.
If you could be of any help, or just tell me some good resources that could be of assistance to me, then I would be very grateful.
Many thanks,
BenJC
