It ain't one, and doesn't contain one. At least the version I installed off the CD doesn't raise any alerts.
McAfee's the problem, not ImageReady.

Or somehow his IR got infested.
None of my Adobe products have ever been folly to a virus, but I'm sure if you download enough garbage, eventually something will ruin your system.
