Visual Studio 2005 .master extension
:cool; Has anyone been able to use a template page to update a .master file in
Dreamweaver? I've created a template page (ASPTest.dwt) and I want to create
pages with the new Visual Studio 2005 extension of .master and be able to make
a change to the template page and save it and then have it update any pages
that are inheriting the template, but all my pages that are inheriting the
template will have a ".master" extension. As of right now it does not
recognize a .master extension which is the only thing that can be used with the
new Visual Studio 2005. Any help is surely appreciated. Thanks

Re: Visual Studio 2005 .master extension
First, follow this technote to make DW recognize .master files:
http://www.macromedia.com/cfusion/knowledgebase/index.cfm?id=tn_16410
Then, try to save your base .master doc as a DW Template. Your DW
Template should have a .dwt.master file extension.
Hope this helps,
Randy
