VSS problems
I thought the headaches were worked out of VSS. I'm trying to follow the
best practices document from MS

But when I check an aspx form in, i get the following informational note
dialog:
"Another editor has made changes to WebForm1.aspx.resx. Close and re-open
this designer for those changes to take effect."
What's causing this??
