Warped Brush Tool
Whenever I approach the edge of a document using the brush tool, the line warps, jumping to the edge in a straight line. If I try to draw parallel to the edge, the line disappears and then makes sudden perpendicular marks.

Try unchecking "Snap" or "Snap to" under the view menu.
