Watery style
I've been into the Expert Center for PhotoShop and in filters & effects came across a quicktime tutorial for an effect titled Watery Style. I was unable to download the complete tutorial fot this, actually only the first minute or so, but the effect created looks most interesting. I've downloaded the actual style and installed it but can't work out how the finished effect is created, can anyone out there put my mind to rest and give me some advice on how to achieve this effect?
Regards
Alan
