Default Web-based email newsletter - Publisher or FrontPage

    Hi

I am trying to develop a commonly used "Web-based email newsletter" and I don't know which of Publisher 2003 or FrontPage 2003 is the best and easiest tool for this task

What I meant by "Web-based email newsletter" is a newsletter with HTML format, many graphics are not sent with the email but resides on server site, so the email size is not too large, and readers can see it when they have Internet access

I know that this is common practice now. I am thinking to upgrade either of my Publisher 2002 or FrontPage 2002 to 2003 version and this is one of the most factors that I will include in my decision

Can anyone share me with your experinces with either or the easiest way to do this task

    Thanks in advance.

Publisher will include images. For what you are wanting I suggest FP.
