web based form builder
Can anyone recommend a web based form builder.
I'm looking for preferably CF / SQL server. but happy to use PHP.
Need to save to DB rather than spam out an email
if anyone can recommend one that would be great.

suitable CF-Webspace with PHP support, and included database?
I don't know a web based form builder, only need my Texteditor :)

Ok , my inability to comunicate has hit again,
looking for somthing like:
Form Maker Pro

but in CF and using "sql server" or any databse other than MySQL
