    Default Web Browsers

    Hey Ho

I need to create a (on the Client Side) System independent Web Application.

This should work with any Browser available.

Which Browser can you advice me to test with
so my Application is working under UNIX/LINUX/Windows/Whatever....

Which Browsers are currently the most Popular under Linux/Unix ??

I read that there is a Microsoft IE for UNIX/Linux......
I am a bit confused because on the Microsoft Page they say it's not
    supported any more.
On an other Page they Tell me I can not run the IE for UNIX/Linux directly
    on the System
and need a helper Program (Line a Dos Box or something)

    Very confusing....

Has anybody an god advice for me......

    Many Thanx

Good advice? Don't look to browsers! It are just HTML interpretators.

Make sure you create correct HTML code. That's the main question!
You can run IE and Netscape on your Win PC... running these both is good
    enough.

    Hope this helps,
    Arjen.
