Can you please advice me with methods and techniques to develope this kind of website. Meantime I am using dreamweaver 4.

Re: Web design issue- please help
You basically answered your own question.
You can develop your own content management system, or find a web host that offers one as part of the package.
DIY content management, you have to do some planning to have your product be scalable.
Out-of-the-box content management ham strings you by making you work within their templates and backend system.
As a web designer you should know how to work out with your client what the look and feel will be.
Storyboard the whole site.
The rest I usually play it by ear.

Re: Web design issue- please help
The main way we do it is with a database driven approach using ASP, there
are lots of different technologies. I tend to handcode rather than use DW
MX. However, doesn't Macromedia have a product called Contribute which
allows end users to change text and images but not to touch the underlying
layout. I don't think it is that expensive.

Chris:
Yes - it's Contribute, and it's $99. It works on STATIC sites only.
