WEB LINK PLUGIN PLEASEEEE HELP

i want to know if there is a plug-in/add on or something already installed on
dreamweaver that recognises for instance [url]www.ourcompany.com[/url] and makes it a link
without having to code <a> </a> on thousands of things.

I copy and paste from a word document that I get sent. Usually thousands of
weblinks that are not linked at at a time. takes proper years coding them by
hand 330000 i have to do OUCH!

IDEAS ANY ONE?
