    Default Web Photo Gallary Error

Every time I try and create a Web Photo Gallary I get the following error: "Could Not Complete your Request Because of a Program Error"

Current installation is on a 2.0 Ghz P-4 w/ 512MB ram, Win XP Pro.

I have competely re-installed, run the program with all other programs disabled. Does this feature work? Do I need to pre-process the photos? They are jpegs all about 500kb, 2160 x 1440 pixals.

Default Re: Web Photo Gallary Error

    Rich,

Telephone support had me do that first thing, no change. One side note - I am using an LG L1800P monitor that when PhotoShop loads I get an error stating that the monitor profile is invalid - I have it ignore the profile and continue.

    Rich,

It works now. I did another uninstall, searched for all photoshop files and folders left after the uninstall and deleted them. Disabled Norton Virus protection. Restarted. Reinstalled. Restarted. Re-enabled Norton. And it worked.

    Thanks anyways,
