    Default web photo gallery url

After a web gallery is created, how do I go about sending the link to the website? I'm on a mac with photoshop cs and the links created start with "file///" Shouldn't they start with <http://www>. ......etc to have a proper link to e mail so that when the recipient gets the e mail with the link it it, all that is necessary is to click the link to open it.

    Please advise what's necessary.

Are you posting the images to a Website or trying to include all the images in the body of the e-mail? If the former, all you need to do is type in the correct url with the complete path to the file(s) (including the <http://)>. If the latter, be aware that the e-mail could get too large for some people's email host, and many people can't see html content in their e-mail browsers.

[edit: the links which begin file/// are probably on your local hard drive. You'll need to upload the files to the host Website with Fetch, or Dreamweaver, or any of a number of other options before you'll get the correct links available. Link to the files on the Website, not the copies on your desktop...]
