web server connection issues

I downloaded a trial copy of Contribute and am considering it for my company. I
like it a lot in general, but have had trouble connecting to ftp sites and to
web servers using UNC paths - I can connect no problem with a local path. I'm
kind of assuming this is because I have a trial version, but wanted to check in
with people in case there was a larger problem here.
Any assistance is welcome. Thanks.

Just so you are aware,

There is no trial version of Contribute, it is just the full version but
without a licence.

Try contacting support, make sure it is the UK one infact I have the link:

What I mean is....

The version you download off the website is the full version. The only reason it is a trial is because you dont need to buy a licence for 30 days.
