My client has contribute 3.0 and photoshop 6

I have dreamweaver, contribute...photoshop CS
Last year I set up an Action in Photoshop for the Gallery (so that they can do
them themselves
then we imported the pages into Dreamweaver...and then I cleaned them up.
This year I would like to have them do it all themselves....

Is there any easier way?

You've really got to be more specific. I figure an Action is a macro... but what's a Gallery?
What do you want them to be able to do all by themselves? Exactly.
