webpage heading
I'm building a travel website that links out to other travel websites.
I'm looking for a tutorial on how to put the HEADING of my webpage on the top
of the browser when i link out to OTHER webpages.
The only example I know of that does this is about.com. Can someone help with
this concept? How it works? and any tutorials or code I can look at to get me
going in the right direction?
Thanks in advance.

Re: webpage heading
Frames is the only way. And even that is a terrible solution.
