    Default webpage heading

I'm building a travel website that links out to other travel websites.

I'm looking for a tutorial on how to put the HEADING of my webpage on the top
of the browser when i link out to OTHER webpages.

The only example I know of that does this is about.com. Can someone help with
this concept? How it works? and any tutorials or code I can look at to get me
    going in the right direction?

    Thanks in advance.

you've already answered your second question... about.com has the code
you need: just view the source.

one way would be to use frames... search the internet for
    "HTML frames tutorials"

Frames is the only way. And even that is a terrible solution.
