Now that you are at SP2 simply delete the previous web site files and
generate new ones with File, Export as...
These new files will be the smaller files you want to upload.

Re: Website Designed Using Publisher 2002
The "Export as.." does not appear under File, only "Save as
Web Page" even beginning with a new page. This was after
updating with SP2 and restarting my computer.
If I delete the old web site files and the folders for each
page, this means that I need to start over, right? I still
have the text, layout and picture files but would need to
manipulate them, etc.??
