Website help! Please look! - Macromedia Dreamweaver

I just finish making my first website and I was wondering if anybody can help me with some problems that I have encountered. First, when I type the url and press go, I get a page that says that the server cannot be found. When I press refresh the website appears? If someone is going to the website for the first time and they see a blank a page, they might think the website is not up and go somewhere else! What are some of the reasons that might cause this to happen? Also, when the request samples form is filled out and submit has been hit I get a message that says I'm coming from an unauthorized domain. If any one can give me any solutions that would be great! Thanks!

The site loads up fine for me. As for the form, are you using a form processing script to send the form? If so, I would assume there is a setting that needs changed.

I tried it everyway and the site loaded. Perhaps your typing of the original url was wrong. but no problem here.

Opens fine here too. As for the submit issue, make sure the submit button is inside the "form field." There is a box that gets drawn around the form items (red? - maybe?) If it is outside of that, it will not work.
