whaat should i do next

I have been asked to develop a website for my dental organization.

OK I did. with DW 4. primitive aka simple........ now what do I do

how do i get a name............. and were do you get someplace to beam it up
to.
are there places that do both?

anyone know of some good places where I can do this? It is not going to take
much room so I don't need a huge space. and offers support. Geocities never
answers my questions for my personal education site

There are a number of companies from whom you can purchase web space
or from who you can purchase domain names. Many are very inexpensive.
I live in the UK, so my list might not be good for yopu, but in the UK
there are a number of magazines you can buy, which carry adverts of
such companies. There might be similar magazines in the states. If you
read reviews of tyhese companies in the various magazines, you might
get an idea of which company to choose.
