    Hello,
    I am not totally positive if you can delete them. You might try to delete
    them by sending them to the Recycle Bin folder.
    Try it out the runtime and the applications couple of days till you find it
    safe to empty the recycle bin.
    Can I ask why you want to delete them?

    There is no mention of them in the literature. Don't need to delete them;
    just wondering what their purpose is.

    Hello,
    Well as the name implies, these are files left from the previous install. I
    am not sure if they are useful at all.

    It is weird. I saw also that on my colleague machine, he doesn't have the
    files and on my machine it has them.
    I am sure there is no harm to keep them.
