Try manually creating any folder in all UPPERCASE where dreamweaver creates XYIZNWSK . Check your FTP log in DW for details. Does the remote XYIZNWSK folder appear in UPPERCASE or lowercase? If it's showing up in lowercase, I suspect this might be the problem... silly as it seems.
