what is the "utility link" and "global link" supposed tobe for?
I'm using a halo template to create a personal website for myself, and at the
top of the page, there's options for "utility link" and "global link" .. .I
can't find anything in the Help menu about the intended use of these, ... can
anyone explain?

Anything you want it to be for.
You are using the HALO templates? I don't recommend that anyone use them,
honestly - they are too quirky and strange for all but those who are
experienced with HTML, Javascript, and CSS.
