what is this effect?
its super easy but i cant remember the effect that was used for this picture.....it was...a ripple for the outline..i think..but what is the effect for the actual picture..theres so many filters....haha its hard to remember...

looks like they might have swapped channels around. I think flaming pear has a free plugin that does that.

got the picture affect..i used solarize and use light gray with difference...looked alright..but what about the outline? ripple? i tried that but it didnt look like the picture, it wasnt all watery. I'm sure its ripple...any ideas? =D
