What should I use to get the same way a movie ?

Hello everybody

I was searching for a way to have diferent 3d buildings, packages etc my
website that can be rotate with the mouse, and finaly Ifound this link :

The way the glass refelct the sky that actualy don't exist make me wooooow ..
then everyting ... the movement and the pre render of the 3d model. I know that
director export shockwave content but after I was looking into a Macromedia
Director package I was totaly convinced that the movie was exported form
another 3d program.

Can anyone tell me what tool to use to make movies similiar to this one ?

Any help will be apreciated.

That can be done with 3D appz like Maya, 3D Max, Lightwave, or any other
3D app that allow to export to SW3D. If you want realism on the scene,
the easiest way is to use global ilumination and bake it on the
textures. If it´s a rather large scene, then use lightmaps instead.

Lightwave exports the reflection map inside the W3D but I can´t recall
if the rest of the 3D apps do that aswell. You can also set that feature
with Lingo 3D. Look for reflectionMap in Director´s help.
