Whats Best way to make a type stencil?

Well I can't use vinyl letters ( stick on ) on this, I need to spray paint with a stencil.
Are you saying i can give a sign maker a file to size and they can make me a vinyl stencil?

Yes! They can if you need to stencil it in more than one place then that is a different story the you either need a rigid stencil or multiple copies.

The vinyl stencil is simply the negative of the cut letters then the vinyl is adhered to the surface you burnish it well and the then spray when dried you remove the vinyl.

The vinyl has a paper adhered to the front and back you peel of the back which has a low tack adhesive the front paper keeps everything in place once adhered to the surface you pull the paper off the front and you now have the surface where the letters will be exposed for you to spray.

The plot cutters can be very precise.
