what's min needed to support cf sites?
What is the minimum software requirement to support ColdFusion sites ona
Windows web server running Windows Server 2003 OS?
I don't need to develop or modify any sites in CF...I have a client that wants
to migrate their site to my server and I don't want to buy an expensive license
for a full version of CF only to be able to host their site. Is there a
backbone that can be installed on a server so that CF sites will function,
without installing a full version?
Nobody at Adobe or my server hosting company seems to be able to answer this
question, so I;d certainly appreciate any feedback.
Thanks,
David

You have to understand, ColdFusion is an runtime interpretive
environment. You need the interpretive engine and it's libraries in
order to function. This also of course, is what brings the power and
flexibility to CF.
There are very inexpensive hosting sites out there that support CF as
an alternative.
