As you might expect, this question gets asked from time to time:

I ran your sample through WhatTheFont, and it didn't come up with the
correct answer (the 'S' and the 'D' were wrong). One of the suggestions
you'll find is to post your query at news://comp.fonts

Dear Abus,

If you open your Fireworks doent, Fireworks will ask you for the font
which is missing. The font that is missing is the font Fireworks cannot
find on your system because it is most likely not installed. Although it
may not be installed on your system anymore, the Fireworks sourcefile
PNG *DOES* contain the fontdata. Just look at the name of the font that
is missing and you also have the answer to your question. :-)
