When I load shockwave it says "Cast Member not found"

Hi there, when I load two certain websites that require Shockwave they both say "Cast Member not found", how can I fix this?

As an end user of the Shockwave player you can't do anything to fix that error.
When the player reports an error like "cast member not found" that is
indicating there is a problem with the content itself in that code within it is
failing. The best thing you can do is contact the site/content publisher and
alert them to this issue so they can take steps to resolve it. When doing so be
sure to let them know what operating system and browser(s) you are using as
well as your Shockwave Player version. If you don't know what version of
Shockwave you are using then go to the following URL:

The page above has both a Shockwave and a Flash player test movie, the
Shockwave movie is the one on top. If you look in the bottom left corner of the
Shockwave movie you will see a number displayed (something like 10.1r11), note
that information and pass it on to the site's publisher when you report this
problem.

i get that aswell but i dont know contact of the url is i know all i know is
