When reducing a TEXT BOX...
The info bar gives both current and reduced font sizes. Is there any way to convert this to just the current font size so I can continue to work as if it wasn't shrunk?

Re: When reducing a TEXT BOX...
This happens when you scale a text box as part of a group. To get rid of the dreaded parentheses: ungroup, and with the text box selected, choose "scale text attributes" from the right hand pull out menu (arrow) in the top toolbox palette.

Re: When reducing a TEXT BOX...
As Erika pointed out, you can avoid this by not grouping the text frame with other frames before scaling.
Also, if you're using CS2, you can go to Preferences > Type, and check the box next to the option Adjust Text Attributes when Scaling, to prevent the double font sizes.
