Default When You print the document after you use the stamp: numbers show why?

    Hello everyone:

I have acrobat 6.0 professional, and every time I put a stamp on a document, and print it. I see a number by the stamp I added, why? and can I turn this off? Like this: Accounts [1]<.... has a box around it, and very small. How does someone turn this off?

Also is there a way to apply all Comments on Documents? Without having too go to "File" and down to "Print With Comments"?

    Any help would Be Great!

    Brock,
Brock there are two ways to print comments (like stamps). One way you've found already and that's File>Print with comments - this is the option that in 6.01 replaces the comment sequence numbering that used to be in Comment preferences. The default option for Print with Comments appears to be Document and comments with sequence numbers on a separate page. This could be where your sequence number in the stamp is coming from.

Another way to print comments is File > Print then select Document and comments in reply to the question Ptint What at the bottom left of the Print dialog box.
    Cheers

I had the same problem and hitting "Print > Print What: Document with Comments" solved it. Thank you!!!
