Default where can I find this edge effect?

Last year I started working on a project with many photographs. The client wanted a certain effect applied to the images and I found a free plugin/action (I don't remember which) which created this effect: <http://www.jerusalemtype.com/agedphoto.jpg> from the original photo.

the project was put on hold and now the client has another 70 pictures to be added.

any assistance in reproducing this effect would be most appreciated!

You could try AutoFX. Not free, but it does this sort of thing. If this is what you used, you will recognise the screenshots right away. The AutoFX interface is by no means shy and retiring.

AutoFX would be my recommendation also. In fact (if I remember correctly), if you download their demo you actually get one or two usable edges.

    They make very nice products.

    Raphael,

I can't help with the free plug in either.
But I know there have been many tutorials etc. posted here that might be of interest on doing "interesting edges".

I'm not very organized right now to send you a particular direction but do suggest searching this forum for keywords like borders etc.

A couple days ago, someone recommended this site which has a tutorial on photo edges similiar to what you want.

Also, it looks similiar to the old polaroid type edges called image transfer. This isn't a direct link, just sort of pointing in a general direction cuz I can't locate it at the moment.
